What a start to the year it’s been. Never before have we seen the volume of enquiries so early in the year… but we’re definitely not complaining!
Bell tent hire & bell tent sales
Bell tent hire is the core of our business and after a super busy 2015, we made the exciting decision to move into bell tent sales as well as hire. We’re stocking the very same tents that we use as our hire stock – only the best will do! Choose from 4m or 5m bell tents, all with thick, durable cotton canvas and detachable zipped in groundsheets. Don’t fancy camping but want to go glamping? Then check out our shop now at shop.southcoastglamping.co.uk. Our stock arrived in December and already we’ve seen a flurry of early season sales. Stock is limited so don’t miss out!
On the hire side of the business, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve doubled our hire stock in volume for 2016 meaning we are able to cover larger events, or more small to medium size events this year. We stock mainly 4m and 5m tents but are also pleased to add some 6m and Emperor bell tents to our stock.
New website launch
After months of exciting behind the scenes development, long evenings writing copy and many talks with our lovely agency Shotgun Front, we’re super excited to have launched our spangly new website. We wanted to create a go-to site for anyone planning an event needing information on anything from bell tent hire and marquee hire to event theming and catering or activities for your guests. We also wanted to demonstrate our love for the glamping world and portray the quality of service that we strive to deliver to each and every one of our customers.

It pays to plan ahead
We hate to disappoint our customers, so if you are planning an event either this year (get in quick!) or in 2017 and know you would like a number of tents, get your reservation in now to ensure they remain available. Deposits are non-refundable but come off the total amount due, so if you reserve 10 tents, you’re safe in the knowledge they won’t get booked out before your event. We love a good wedding just as much as we love a 50th Birthday party or a festival style corporate event. We’re open for business
Although tents aren’t available for hire until Easter weekend starting from 24th March 2016, we’re now in the office full time taking bookings and planning for the year ahead, so if you have any questions, do get in touch.
