For a fun afternoon, why not head behind the scenes of the Hartnett Holder & Co kitchen with HH&Co Backstage – the cookery school and join the Cheese and Wine class where after arrival tea, coffee and treats, you’ll get comfy in the kitchen and a local supplier will take you through the art of choosing great cheese with the residence Sommelier helping you to match your cheddar to your Cabernet, your goats cheese to your Sauvignon and your port to your Stilton!
