The Location…

Careys Manor is in the beautiful village of Brockenhurst, Hampshire. Brockenhurst is a quintessentially English village nestled in the heart of the New Forest. Arriving at the venue you feel like you have stepped into a world millions of miles away from your everyday life into a place where ponies and deer roam free.

It may feel like a million miles away, but the bonus is you can be at Careys Manor from London by train in just 90 minutes! Have guests who need to fly? The hotel is 20 minutes by train to Southampton Airport, Southampton Central and Bournemouth. Meaning you can be here in a flash by train, plane or road. The hotel offers a collection from the station service and there is space to arrive by coach or car.

The Event…

Hosting a summer festival style event is the perfect way to entertain new clients, thank existing ones and act as a well-deserved treat for your hard-working employees. Careys Manor have set aside its 10-acre Bridge Farm field to offer summer festival parties with delicious, local food, fun activities and a night in luxury under the stars glamping in our beautiful bell tents.

During the day Careys Manor’s barbecue invites you to ‘build your own’ hot dogs – with local sausages from Chris Watson butchers,  you could add archery targets set up by LYC Events, add a cocktail making area and if you need an area for a meeting, group dinner or games room our sister company South Coast Marquees can provide a stunning marquee.

The set-up is rustic with hay bales and Persian rugs, stunning calligraphy chalk boards all adding a chic festival theme. Imagine firepits to keep guests snug as evening draws in, candlelight and festoon lighting adding ambience to the evening celebrations. And as the day ends your guests can retire to our luxury furnished bell tents complete with luxurious bedding, twinkling tea light chandeliers, and bunting, waking to feel refreshed after a night under the stars. Guests can share, with up to six single beds in a large bell tent or have a space all to themselves.
